Vitamin D.
Going outside gives you vitamin D. (Wear shorts and a short-sleeved shirt.). Eat the following foods:
- Sockeye salmon
- Swordfish
- Canned tuna fish
- Some mushrooms
- Egg yolks (1 egg yolk has 10% of your daily value)
Vitamin A
- Beef liver
- Cod liver oil
- Sweet potato
- Carrots
- Black-eyed peas
- Spinach
- Broccoli
- Sweet red pepper
Zinc
- Meat, particularly red meat
- Shellfish; oysters, crab and shrimp
- Legumes; chickpeas, lentils, beans
- Seeds; hemp, pumpkin and sesame seads
- Nuts; pine nuts, peanuts, cashews, almonds
- Dairy; cheese and milk
