Vitamin D.

Going outside gives you vitamin D. (Wear shorts and a short-sleeved shirt.). Eat the following foods:

  1. Sockeye salmon
  2. Swordfish
  3. Canned tuna fish
  4. Some mushrooms
  5. Egg yolks (1 egg yolk has 10% of your daily value)

Vitamin A

  1. Beef liver
  2. Cod liver oil
  3. Sweet potato
  4. Carrots
  5. Black-eyed peas
  6. Spinach
  7. Broccoli
  8. Sweet red pepper

Zinc

  1. Meat, particularly red meat
  2. Shellfish; oysters, crab and shrimp
  3. Legumes; chickpeas, lentils, beans
  4. Seeds; hemp, pumpkin and sesame seads
  5. Nuts; pine nuts, peanuts, cashews, almonds
  6. Dairy; cheese and milk
